3+1 Twin Chuck Heavy Tube Laser Cutting Machine 3000-6000W

TX3+1 Series is the only one tube cutting machine that has 3+1 chucks in the industry at present. It means Chuck 3 and C4 are combined as one, so, three chucks can play the same role with four chucks, but make up for the weakness of four chucks, such as, large occupied area. 

It is suitable for cutting heavy or ultra-heavy tubes and long or super-long tubes, such as, 1200kg and 12000mm single tube at most.

1. "3+1" Twin-chuck Clamping Technology
Chuck Clamping Technology 
Chuck C3 and C4 are combined as one and can rotate or move synchronously but control its claws opening and closing independently. Except for clamping, tube supporting is also available for the combined chuck, remedying the common weakness of four chucks.

5. Small Tailing
Spacing between chucks is flexibly adjusted by users. All chucks can move at full stroke. Cutting demands for different length of heavy tubes are also taken into account. As a result, we can cut all entire tubes with real 0 tailing without any restriction on tube length.

6. Intelligent Production Line
(1) Unloading Device
Two follow-up turning plates can convey finished heavy tubes stably from high to low while unloading and process all tubes within specified processing range, regardless of tube size or length.
(2) Loading Device (Optional)
Reduce labor intensity, decrease labor costs and make production more efficient.
